Pre-2010
Before iNi, our founding members were ranked competitors in CS 1.6 and Source, battling it out in CAL-Invite and top-tier pug circles. The skill came before the tag.

2010
iNitiative Gaming is officially born—a squad forged through scrims, friendship, and shared drive.

We make the move into CS:GO and expand our roster and reach, staying rooted in strategy, chemistry, and performance.

2014–2023
A quieter stretch. Some retired, others pursued new games—but the core remained. The tag still meant something.

2025
The revival begins. iNi returns with fresh energy, familiar names, and a focus on rebuilding something real, competitive, and culture-driven.

DeeOhKay's meteoric rise hasn't gone unnoticed. Equal parts instinct and execution, he's a problem for anyone peeking the wrong angle — and the kind of player you build around.
The OG entry.
Once one of the sharpest rifles in the scene, Rusty is back leading the charge. First in, first shot, still proving that raw aim never fades. Brings veteran presence with fearless timing every round.
Elite-level talent.
Highly skilled, consistent, and composed under pressure. We've extended an offer — and we're hoping he becomes the next piece of the iNi roster.

While iNi is built around Counter-Strike, the team's presence doesn't stop there. Over time, the roster has expanded into other games — tactical shooters, ARPGs, MOBAs, and beyond — with players who continue to carry the tag wherever they play.
We don't divide the squad into branches or side groups. Whether you're on the CS roster or running other games, you're still part of the same team. It's always been about keeping good players connected, no matter what's being played.
Some are grinding ranked, some are deep in ARPG builds, some are just vibing on whatever's next — but it's still the same squad.
CS2 is home, but iNi has always been about playing with the right people, wherever that takes us.

McGMan
One of the original CS roster members—now commanding the deep space lanes in Star Citizen and crushing ARPGs with precision and patience.
SHANK
The squad's Juggernaut. Spends hours in town meticulously reading every item description, fine-tuning builds down to the smallest stat. Always the tank, always unmovable—no matter the game.
RevokeSZN
Whether it's Fortnite or Marvel Rivals, Revoke lets his gameplay do the talking. Calm, steady, always ready — and yeah, he's got a soft spot for Heartz.
